Rod Turning Ratchet for One Man Operation 5/16” rods

This is a One Man Operation Ratchet used for hand cranking to turn the rods and tools. It is a combination of two rod turning ratchets into one tool. It lets just one man to turning the cleaning tool into the stoppage while holding tension against the ground with the longer foot. A second operator will simultaneously push the rods into the line with a push pull tool.
