Debris Grit Catcher

Debris and grit baskets are lowered into the sewer via the 25' poly rope. They are the perfect and most economical way to remove debris and grit from the sewers. The DBR-S series comes in sizes from 6" to 24" and they are made of a high quality alloy steel that is dipped in zinc for long life and corrosion resistance. These grit catchers catch the grit which is the sand and fine particles mixed with grease and the debris. Once they fill up then the water is expelled from the holes and stays in the sewer where it belongs. When the flow backs up stop jetting and remove and dump the debris and grit out. The basket is lowered into the invert and debris flow via the supplied rope and it stays there collecting debris, grease, rocks, sand and sometimes rings and coins, be sure to check. The bar on the back of the basket keeps it from getting sucked down the line. Every jet machine should have one or two. Saves your suction pump when the amount of debris does not warrant setting up the combo. Great for single jetters from 1/2" to 1" hose. Allows you to verify what exactly is in your sewer.
